Service Description
All our instructors/examiners are certified by FIREARMS SAFETY EDUCATION SERVICE OF ONTARIO Every class includes complimentary bottles of water and coffee. In this course you will learn: - the evolution of firearms, major parts, types, and actions; - basic firearms safety practices; - ammunition; - operating firearm actions; - safe handling and carry procedures; - firing techniques and procedures; - care of restricted firearms; - responsibilities of the firearms owner/user; and - safe storage, display, transportation, and handling of restricted firearms. In order to have more 1 on 1 training, we have limited our class size to 6 students. Also, due to the high demand for courses, we do not hold course slots without a deposit of $80. A receipt for the full amount of $210.00+HST will be provided upon full payment. Note: Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy
Cancelation & Credit Policy Thank you for choosing our courses! We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeframe: Students have a window of 48 hours prior to the start of the course to cancel their enrollment and be eligible for a credit towards future courses. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $80 is required upon registration for each course. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Credit for Future Courses: If a student cancels their enrollment more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course, they will receive a credit for the amount paid towards the course fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit. ( We do not offer refunds) This credit can be applied towards the cost of future courses offered by our institution. Credit Exclusions: The credit obtained from a cancellation cannot be applied towards the deposit or any other non-course-related fees. It can only be used for the payment of course fees in future enrollments. Cancellation Process: To cancel your enrollment and request a credit for a future course, please contact our customer support team at info@josttraining.com within the designated 48-hour window before the start of the course. We will guide you through the cancellation process and assist you with the credit application. Transferability: The credit received from a canceled course is non-transferable and can only be used by the original student who made the initial deposit. It cannot be transferred to another person. Expired Credits: Any credits obtained through course cancellations will expire one year from the original cancellation date. After this period, the credits will no longer be valid or redeemable. Please note that this cancellation and credit policy is subject to change without prior notice. We encourage all students to review the policy regularly to stay updated.
